Joe, I consulted with one of the participants that is directly engaged
with the details of the merger, and we have decided that the way I have
been posting on this thread, in "combat" mode, is best to stop.

Posters on this thread will not experience my pushy ways any more,
unless ofcourse I am the object of an attach or untruth.

As for my decision not to engage in Private posts, but only publically
posts, is simply that the nature of my pushie posts I perfer to open
for all to see. Which means, any replies are also open.

No need to continue with the following,

Thanks for the kind words. Perhaps in my original post I was not sensitive enough to all the negative info posted. Actually, I was not even thinking of that. My desire has been and still is to obtain any info that may help me better understand this company so I might make a buck.
