No because I dont own the stock I am short that means I sold it a while back when TMEX was telling everyone to buy it and Im betting he is the one who paid me for some of those shares at 6 or 7 or higher..

So now Im sitting on the proceeds of that sale but I owe someone some stock , the guy who loaned me shares to deliver to TMERX or to whoever bought those shares from me..

Now if it gets de-listed it will be a zero and the long-holders lose evrything..But its not a complete loss... Because for a week after any delisting I will bid 25 cents on the pink-sheets and on the grey market ..This Bid will be gone or drop to a penny,, and I need 35,000 shares...

I know its not much but it is better than what Joe Tex did for you...
