In Chicago they drive with one finger out the window and down here we tip our hats as we go buy. Rural areas tend to be more polite. You visit a friend, you wait a minute for them to get their home in order before you ring the bell. Someone's stuck in the snow, you pull them out, not honk your horn as you drive by. Kind of commune living with out the sex. Not all bad.
