A few phone calls and I came up with these lawsuits involving Phoenix Metals.: U.S.District Court, District of Nevada Case No. CV-S-98-01599-PMP U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee, Case No. 2:97-CV-03055 District Court, Clark County, Nevada: Cases: A 368222 and A 390118 Didn't learn anything on the BLM suspension of operating plan. By the case number of the Tennessee case, it appears this lawsuit was filed in 1997, yet this is the first I've heard of it. Maybe I overlooked it when I reviewed the company disclosures. Does anyone have any idea what these cases are about and why we shareholders haven't been informed?
