Computer Horizons (CHRZ) fell 6 7/8, or 25 percent, to 20 3/8. The provider of computer services, staffing and year 2000 solutions was downgraded to ''hold'' from ''buy'' by analyst Brian S. Maimone at ING Baring Furman Selz LLC. Maimone said there could be a few quarters of earnings and margins volatility ahead as year 2000 work declines faster than expected.
