Thanks David. Some folks really have balls don't they? Wonder how far Mr. Terry can run this one before taking another sabbatical.

As for me, I will hold and play along. Maybe I can get lucky and get half my investment back.

I went back and re-read the release, It does say Harris is President, Terry a director. Wish it fleshed out who the CEO is.

No, maybe it is you who'd better sit down ...

According to some reliable sources there is no GaAs technology. At least not anymore. GAD is dead, in bankruptcy court, the facilities long gone, and the engineers dispersed. The patents were sold by Tel Aviv University to an Israeli gentleman. These were two U.S. patents - one for the diode technology and the other for GaAs capacitors.

Knowing Terry's history, this is merely an attempt to get on the internet bandwagon. Notice how this is touted as an internet play. In retrospect, I'm surprised that it took him this long. -g-
