Not for the populace at large, since many do not align themselves to an organized religion. My statement was a straight forward. A man has no rights to a woman that he does not have virtuous intentions toward. Any thing less is abuse. I am not saying that the "anything less" MO doesn't sometimes involve mutual consent. In fact, there in lies the rub.

Show me a case where there is mutual and virtuous intention between the parties regarding one another's sexuality and I'll show you an end to the need for all of this politicizing of peoples sexual privacy.

I gotta go. So, get over it.
