The cost of shipping and the hassle of returns are the main barriers. Yikes, Your post is fundamentally sound in my opinion. I just want you to know how way out in left field some bulls are on the "thing." Some state Amazon will do better than traditional channels due to the fact returns are more difficult and people will not return merchandise as often. So when you received that large screen TV that is defective, throw it away because returning it is a nuisance<G> Glenn
