<< WHERE'S KENNY P. WHEN YOU NEED HIM? .02 AND NEGATIVE CASH FLOW, YEAH RIGHT!!!!!! >>

First, I'll say that I was wrong in my estimate, although I NEVER, EVER said that Iomega would be cash flow negative. I under-estimated revenues and disk sales a tad, and assumed that GM would stay about the same. Merry Christmas!

But, that said, I am not fooled by the .07 number. Also, they are still not proving themselves to be a growth company. Topline growth still looks bad. I still stand by my qualitiative assessments of the business as a whole. I think that it's a zero sum game, and that any growth in ZIP 250 & CLIK! will come at the expense of the ZIP drive. I stand by my assessment of the ZIP product lifecycle model I've discussed millions of times, and has been proven by the numbers over the last eight quarters.

Good luck! See you next quarter...

When I think this sucker is turning, I'll be the first to jump back in...
