Absolutely correct Mr. Winter........it is 6.25 million to acquire Xceedx Technologies.

"Vancouver, B.C., January 11 - WelcomeTo Search Engine Inc. (OTCBB: WKWG) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire all the outstanding shares of Xceedx Technologies Inc. a private e-commerce and data-base development company for 6,250,000 restricted shares of WelcomeTo."

Additionally, once this acquisition is finalized, it would appear that WKWG should in all probability be on a serious quest for a full NASDAQ listing.

As Mr. Bond said, once the deal is closed that will be the total shares.

As far as what the news is I don't know.
