I think VTS has seen its low. I also think it will hold above 12. As for tomorrow, if it opens up and prints at least 13.69 I think that from whatever s.t. high tomorrow, it will back off towards 13 again, then resume the uptrend. I'm now long a 1/2 position again (bought at 13.50 sold at 16.50 last time around on a full position.
