All navr: If it is truly a pr released early we need to take a good look. The first thing that stands out is the private placement. They don't give a lot of details, but it will dilute. The only thing that hints at the ipo is this: As NetRadio's business grows and traffic on our site continues to increase, we will take steps to enhance its value for all Navarre shareholders On the good side they are going into the dvd business and that is starting to boom.
