Hi Fixer,
We have no lack of interested parties looking at Canada's diamond exploration and development ( outside of diamond industry ).
A move to buy an interest in some well positioned and promising companies could prove to be brilliant and this is the first sign that someone stopped looking and actually is doing something about it.
It will be nice to see who this brilliant strategist is.
