That's just the shareholder letter from their last annual report, isn't it? NAVR's fiscal year 1998 ended in March 1998. Upcoming earnings is for the third quarter of FY 1999.

The private placement occurred in the spring of 1998, and a good portion of the dilution has already occurred. Compare the shares outstanding in the 1998 10K versus the most recent 10Q, and you'll notice that several million shares have been added. We may see additional dilution in the forthcoming 10Q, but most of the shares from the private placement already are outstanding.

In other words, take a deep breath . . . read the filings in Edgar. This is strictly old news.
