MBHC - Just spoke with Jim Carr, acting chairman. He explained that new mgmt took over in November, the acquisition is being finalized. The entire focus is on getting the financials done (3Q done, waiting for 4Q) and announced in February. They intend on becoming fully reporting soon. The recapitalization is looking good but he mentioned litigation might be necessary re the 4M shares being rolled back into the company. He said there are 14,755,500 shares out in the float, didn't know what the fully diluted number was. In regards to the PAR writeup, he said there wouldn't be one done until the end of the 1Q when the new BOD were voted in at an AGM. He mentioned there will be exciting "stuff" coming up by spring but wasn't at liberty to disclose anything. He added their prime focus is now on mortgage banking and estate planning only. He also said that while overall revenues will be down there's a significant improvement over last year.
