I thought the CC was neutral. I did find it interesting the forward guidance on Net Income being "middle single digits" for all of 99. Middle single digit sounds like 5% to me. Lets assume $2 billion in sales for 99. $2 billion X 5% = $100 million net income. Assume 270 million shares outstanding. $100 million / 270 million shares = $0.3704 EPS for 99. Given the $9 price per share, means a PE of 24.3. I don't think the PE is too high in todays market. Nor does it indicate a screaming bargain. Also my $2 billion is probably somewhat on the high side, since its 4X the sales in this Christmas quarter, the best quarter or the year. So I'm not left with a big urge to buy this stock tomorrow.
