David, We sure hope your right, yet not only ISSM, but with INCE, I was technologies being acquired and sold, assets moved from shells to shells, captive investors along the way, always great stories & hot technology. But having lost so much on these OTC's (ISSM, INCE, QDRX, SEXI, IAPI, OLEX) I've sworn off OTC's. The only developmental stage companies I'll touch are biotechs with several promising therapies in at least phase II clinical studies, and good technology validation. Scott

Hope this works out well for you. This actually has the potential to be a curse for us - it's still trading, so we can't write it off.

David,

Where exactly did the announcement you posted come from? The Cooler? Has it appeared in any news vehicle?

Without an official press release appearing in a legitimate pub, this all sounds _WAY_ flaky to me. I've seen this many type of manipulation too many times. And thanks for the phone number, but speaking to company officers, pr people, etc is an unreliable way of gaining and assessing information. Often the person you speak with has a lot to gain by passing along a rosy picture. Solid, legitimate facts not hype mean something, everything else is suspect.

Lurkers beware, someone always gets stuck holding the bag. Phantom press releases, rotating officers, and "proposals" do not a profit or PRODUCT make.

Just trying to make sure anyone with $ in their eyes takes a look at the big picture. GAD may have a great idea, but they've never been able to mass product a reliable product. As for the video end of things, it already sounds like the SEXI hype of days gone by.
