If China devalues, the impact on C-Cube revenues would be limited to the 30% C-Cube earns there. Most of the parts for VCD players are made in China, and the consumers would only see a small increase in price. Demand would slacken because of consumer fear. VCD sales would drop, but not to zero. Maybe by 1/3rd, or around $10M in revenue for the Q that it happens in.
