Bill; i would luv to know your final conclusion on hdie. Sorry you were personally attacked on their website; ..it happens to me all the time on alyd....seems many people dont want SI to work unless you are a yes man or do kissee kissee...I find it rather sad......si reminds me of institutions like the jury system or Christianity in that they would actually work pretty good if people used them like they were intended to be used rather then muddying the waters. I also dont like yhe SI jail concept..jmo BTW, i made a few bucks on hdie but it is a quick entry and exit but if i stayed longer i would have done better.

<<Of course, retailers say they don't see it that way -- although they are dabbling in Internet sales to figure out how the enemy operates. "Certainly the Internet is going to change the dynamics of retailing," says Richard Galanti, chief financial officer at Costco. The company started up Internet sales in November, and now sells about 500 items over the Internet. But its "warehouse" stores, real "brick and mortar" establishments, sell 4,000 items and account for the vast bulk of the company's sales, and Mr. Galanti says he has no fear of cyber price wars: "We don't believe long term you can sell stuff at or below cost and survive.">>

sure is a nice day

Beginning to think it might be time to take partial profits in AMAT. Still love the stock, and it's not at my $75 target, but I was overweighted in the sector in the first place, now doubly overweighted due to the increases. It seems a wise time to rebalance somewhat.

As soon as I do, it'll probably run up to $80.

Feel much the same way about LRCX and KLAC, which have moved just as much and are weaker players.
