Ray, As long as they have 50+% they will control the development, mining and sale of the ore. This means that the cost equation and profit distribution can be arranged to suit the major stockholder.
Pigeons would starve on the crumbs left on the table for the minority shareholders. So do not dream that the share price will ever go any higher once control is reached. News will cease, so will PR etc, the prey will be engulfed.
No fear of that though, they have increased the resource and are still drilling. The SH rights plan might have some effect as well.
The 13% holders have not made any recent comment. They could also buy the property.
