Michael, what is RAES?
RAES stands for the retail automated execution system (i think), and it is an electronic way of executing orders. It is the reason you receive a prompt report from your broker. The order gets "assigned" to a random market maker in the crowd if the buy order matches the offer or the sell order matches the bid. It is a great system for customers who trade 10 contracts or less. In a fast market, raes usually gets turned off because the markets can't be updated fast enough.
