"plan to try to get catalog customers to use their net service." Much more cost effective long term, less printing, faster product introductions, ability to alter prices as necessary, ... Yep, a very good long term strategy. Unlike most Internet companies, these guys no how to make money in the retail business. $1.6 billion in revenue last year. This is not a small company and should not be considered lightly.
