FWIW and not too many on this site like to listen when they can be argumentive& attack the poster(i. e. mansour) i have a gtc to get some at 9 which may be the new bottom at this time. BTW, Dow Jones News Retrieval article by Maria Georgianis dated Jan 14 says "Alyd ceo BG said his co. should be able to change it's focus after the year 2000 even tho nearly all it's revenue comes from the Y2k problem. Alydaar's Technology originally was designed to "re-engineer " older software, or prepare it for use on different computer systems, and Gruder said , the co. hopes to parley its technology into electronic commerce. Alydaar also can address geographic regions where companies have been late to fix the year 2000 problem, such as the Pacific Rim and Europe." I believe the above quote followed a concern posed by the author that "others have been skeptical about how well companies will be able to adapt their business after the year 2000 problem has passed"........the bottom line is that all the PR in the world isn't going to make alyd attractive to the street until they cross the Rubicon and decide what they are going to be when they grow up.....also i respectfully disagree with Norden that any of the recent action was institutional driven...it was individually driven!!!!JMHO, Norden and I have the same facts but a diff. conclusion....kind of like the 2 blind men touching the elephant..the one touching the tail says its a snake but the one touching a leg thinks its a tree trunk.
