Rusty,

A hammer is not reliable when used by itself. There's probably a Bollinger band/RSI combination that should be used along with it. The triangle on ECHO is still intact and the price is at the uptrend and just above the 50 dMA so if the eventual direction is down, that would be evidenced if it doesn't hold together here.
