Dear Uncle, There are three things that will occur today. 1. DOW will dip initially about 225 pts. 2. The HOUSES or CASINOS will turn the market around around 2:30 this afternoon after scaring the hell out of the little in- vestors and might even finish up a hair. Remember it is the CASINOS that have the most to lose or gain here. They did not create Brazil but they do take advantage of it to manipulate. 3. Internet Stocks will see a dramatic turn a round this after noon as buyers go in to pick up Quality Internuts such as CMGI, AOL, LCOS, XCIT, AMZN, YHOO, MSPG, ATHM. I can not urge people strong enough to keep buying DELL, AOL. You will be laughing next week. This is the kind of day to get a way from the market unless you are monitoring to buy. I will be buying more AOL and Dell today. Bought strong yesterday. REMEMBER, you make your money when you buy. LOOK TO THE HORIZON, LOOK TO THE HORIZON, LOOK TO THE HORIZON.
