You mean about the time that you announced on this thread the problems had been solved with a minor part and production should commence in a matter of weeks?

By the way, since you don't bother to read the SEC filings, I should point out to you that VLNC did countersue against Klockner. But what are these suits and countersuits between VLNC and L&I Research, Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company, and others? Two new lawsuits involving VLNC over the last several months. Maybe you and your sources were not aware of these because there you see no point in reading those "dated" "attorney disclaimers" in the SEC filings?

But why worry about such mundane things as lawsuits and negative working capital and floorless conversion when by the end of the year we will be producing more than enough batteries to supply every new laptop and cell phone in the world?
