Gary, The US government does indeed meddle in encrption products for export. They recently relaxed their rules somewhat, but they still exist. The level of encryption, a 'back door' etc will enter into the governments consideration of this product's exportability.
They will probably limit the random numbers to even primes....

I'm not sure what the US government policy on encryption is right now. Obviously its changed in the last couple of years. But when you download Netscape, for instance, you have to fill out extra information to get the "strong encryption" version.

But I guess this Intel thing is less like encryption and more like an ID tag?
