Congrats to all longs on HLIT ... have followed this company periodically since the coverage in Value Line OTC several years back. Appears the sun may rise on this little company's fortunes given the industry shift to enhancing the cable infrastructure. Plan to watch more closely ...

Tim, I'm fascinated by the new quick moving AT&T. They are making some interesting plays and it's all eventually going to effect HLIT. They say Armstrong more or less constructed, or at least approved the @Home/Excite deal.

Now this story about transferring their internet service to @Home. I'm curious to know how this will work because Worldnet is international and they've got partnerships with BT and the recent IBM deal? Is this a good fit for @Home?

You mentioned earlier that HLIT would have to be installing phone service quality equipment. Any conflicts there?

Mark
