One of the joys of working in DC is that you can actually go visit the SEC Reading Room. I wanted to make sure that Magal's documents were there so I visited today. Sure enough, they're all there. I mean every press release issued by Magal as well as the 10K's and Q's, even the announcement about probably not getting FAA approval. They're called 20F's and 6K's for foreign documents.

I was disappointed that that's all I can say: Nothing new. The documents on file are exactly as we see them on Yahoo. This may explain why they don't go to the trouble of filing electronically, because there's nothing else to say.
