Bert, FWIW, Our mixed signal design staff was about 300 strong. We had a few of our U.K. freinds on board. They advanced rapidly and were top notch. It's a litle strange, but seems our Euro friends ended up in design and we also had many from Taiwan that seemed to be focused more in processing. They'd come in, stay a couple years and back to Taiwan. hmmmmm, couldn't be sharpening up on our processes. Taiwan should emerge strong in the fab industry IMO. Larry
