Darrell,

I understand your point (thanks) and your right, JT can't make the other party who is doing the buying sign when he (JT) wants them to...... yet I think there must be a high comfort level between the parties involved (otherwise we would not have received all the "we are on track" updates over the past months).

Thanks for your thoughts! Are you going to the shareholder meeting on the 22nd?

Darrell,

Remember the Guilford Securities research report you pointed out (dated 12/24/98) that had the maximum buy rating?

I spoke this morning for a few minutes with Otis Bradley, Managing Director of Research, Guilford Securities, NY (WS Firm) who wrote the report.

I don't think it is appropriate to try to repeat the conversation here on SI however, in general terms, a couple of points where very clear to me:

1). This man knows ABTX and their industry inside-out. He struck me as extremely intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable as to what has and will happen with this story.
2). His firm continues to have a maximum buy on ABTX.
3). The bears are crawling up the wrong tree with ABTX.
4). Timing is short, events (could be) very near term.

No matter what the stock does in the short run (up or down), I now have a different (even more positive) perspective on both the short and long term prospects for ABTX.

The gentleman also mentioned the December issue of Seed and Crop Industry (whatever that is!) as having a very good article of the growth opportunities for companies like ABTX - and mapped this industry's potential to that of internet companies of today.

Have a good weekend all!
