Lu has volatility like every other stock. My perception is that the basis for many holders is waaay below the current price; a pullback from current levels wouldn't touch many of 'em. And they're probably willing to suffer a temporary decline in their capital gain than to lose their position and have to dish out the tax expense. Forms a natural control to limit the turnover and volatility, methinks. Not saying there won't be ups and downs. JMO. Regards.
