I agree. Mike Sylver should spend less time suing people, less time watching the ticker (which I'm told he does all day), and more time attempting to build a successful company. Neither frivolous lawsuits nor dilutive private placements enhances stock price. It's always puzzled me that Spidey and the boyz have never raised objections to the very large quantity of stock that's been sold well below market price. The most outrageous example of that, of course was the 4mm shares arranged to be sold to Andy Mann for $0.25 a share.

Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., a privately held Nevada Company. I have wondered why they call themselves a privately held Nevada Company...

How odd. Of course insiders have overwhelming controlling interest, but that doesn't make it a private company. I suppose it's just a mistake. Abracel, of course, is a privately held Nevada company...

Now. Here's some interesting related material. Mike Sylver complains bitterly that AZNT stock tanked because of what Andy Mann did. Let's take a look at some historical prices:

Note that the stock price began its precipitous decline well before Mann and Sylver signed their subscription agreement on 16 March. On 17 March the stock dropped further, but then began to rally.

Anyone have an explanation for this?
