Tech2000,

The downturn for Microsoft is pretty to the end, why ?
If you look at the past five trading days, you will see the following:

date up / down in $ trading shares number of shares traded
to move one dollar up
or down

1/15 +8 14836K 1854.6K
1/19 + 5 7/8 25581.6K 4354.3K
1/20 + 7 31381.7K 4483.1K
1/21 -4 5/16 4965.7K
1/22 -2 1/16 20536 9968.9K

You will see Jan 15, the resistance for the uptrend of Microsoft is very small, and it took only 1854.6K traded shares to drive up $1.
In Jan21, it took 4965.7K traded shares to drive Microsoft down for $1, and in Jan22, It took 9963K traded shares to drive Microsoft down for $1, and it looked like the downward resistance increased significantly comparing to Jan21.
In Jan 15, 19, 20,22 you see net money flow into Microsoft. That is why the down trend for Microsoft is pretty much over, and from next week, we may see the turn around.
