IJNT News:
For those who follow IJNT another development this week:
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 1999--IJNT International
(OTC BB:IJNT) announced today that it is forming a subsidiary which
it intends to operate as a facilities-based and reseller Competitive
Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). The new company will be named UrJet
Backbone Network (UBN), Inc. UBN will be a fully owned subsidiary of
IJNT. The new company will immediately apply for tariff rate
recognition in a number of states with a view to providing high-speed
broadband and wireless Internet services.

Brandon Powell, IJNT General Counsel stated that, "...becoming a
CLEC can lead to substantial cost savings and new revenue streams for
IJNT. Powell added that, "...we will be able to wholesale bandwidth to
connect to the Internet and our high-speed wireless Internet access
and provide that service to large business, ISP's and others. We will
also be able to interconnect our growing network with those of other
carriers."

Mary Blake, President of IJNT also stated, "This provides the
Company with two major opportunities which are both part of the IJNT
mission statement--number one, to become a national backbone provider
and to wholesale bandwidth and secondly, to provide Internet
telephony. We can begin to provide services as a telephone carrier as
well as wireless Internet access provider with the national bandwidth
in place."

IJNT CEO, Jon Marple stated, "...becoming a national backbone
provider moves the Company another step forward in becoming a major
force in the national wireless and broadband industry. This is a
significant move for the Company and we hope to have the national
infrastructure in place by 4th quarter of this year."

IJNT International provides high-speed, wireless Internet access
to homes and businesses without the use of phone lines. The Company's
subscriber base is rapidly growing as the service expands nationwide.
IJNT also provides website development and e-commerce services as well
as dial-up Internet access throughout the U.S. and internationally.
The Company's rapid growth is the result of aggressive marketing and
sales, internal development, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
