Ur good a figs... how much money is that? $1.25 per share or per shareholder?
If there wasn't no wood, we wood still have some land, and we wood have an Internet ez-money grabber.. so how much is this add up to?

Selling their land? Can't say I like this idea very much! Didn't Ramiro ever read Pearl Buck's "The Good Earth? You NEVER Sell your land! NEVER!

I didn't catch how much land is being sold...I sure hope it isn't much of the 700,000.

But in exchange, Madera will be getting the very expensive things it needs for expansion to the $40+ in revs they have talked about. This is a move to build for the future...and land can always be bought back later on down the road, if so desired.

Looks good on paper!
