I was interested in trying QL last Friday. Downloaded the product for trial. Called for a password and userid. Here's what happened:

1. System was down, so they couldn't set me up for the trial.
2. Promised to call back, never did.
3. Backoffice sounded totally out of control.

Too bad. The product looked good, and I liked the response time numbers posted. But, to be honest, the company is getting way too much business based on current resources. Makes me highly dubious of sending any $$$ their way, no matter how superior the tool is.

Anyway, just my experience.
