Humbly report, BM, you will never see me complain about a stock split (unless it's a reverse), and always see me worry about dilution.

It was you that pointed out the impact of unlocked escrow share selling on the COGIF price. I see the new 1.5 million shares in the same light, that's all.

Clearly the stock rose in spite of the escrowed shares, but it sure took a while. My concern is that the same may happen once the new shares hit the market.

Of course, in the long run none of that really matters, as Cognicase still seems to me the long term best bet in the IT universe.
