A reverse acquisition can be a very good thing indeed, while I am not verse on the issue you speak of it was a method for BB & private Companies to expedite a listing on a "higher" exchange. I do not know if this is still allowed since the Naz/AM merger, some say this "backdoor" listing has been eliminated, my understanding is the "reward" for doing so has become somewhat moot in that the initial requirements are the same, hence if it is only to obtain a listing the cost would not justify the result. If you have any information on the issue you mentioned please PM me, providing you have time ;)

Watching Etrade's realtime quotes - the bid/ask was 20 7/16-20.5
for the first 5 minutes but the trades were between 20 3/8-20 5/8. It couldn't keep up?

OT -what price range will AWLD open at? I'm afraid to put in
a market order cause I may not have enough to fill it.
