>>>I love the company, but treat the stock like a, well,......just have to separate emotion from practicality here.

What's that saying?, Don't Marry your Stock's!".

Well, Last August was basically a shotgun wedding for me. The choice for me was clear, make the long term commitment or get out. Well, I made the Long Term commitment, for better or for worse. I've been following this company for 10 years (ever since I saw a TV commercial for CheckFree in 1980's), I believe in EBPP.

<<< CheckFree IS the leader. >>>

Yes, CKFR IS the leader in moving money electronically, but not a leader in terms of stock price action among the internet sector. Because of the slowdown and disappointment we experienced last quarter, CKFR has no doubt been a laggard in the group. We are still struggling near our old highs while other stocks such as Yahoo has long passed that.

The key is still adoption rate. I appreciate the "Reality Check" Post by TL.

By the way, I have hard time trading stocks, because very often I find myself in a wrong time to buy and a wrong time to sell. Like TL, i almost sold some of mine at $23 a couple of weeks ago. But it was because I also had the thought that "I have been waiting for so long and even when it was at $6 .... I can always afford to wait for few more months....visibility should be better by then." Therefore I did not sell. I salute those who bought at $6, $7, $8, ... and cashed in in the $20s and $30s. So I will try to learn as well .... :o) But in no way I am in love with CKFR.

BTW, the net sector seems to rebound at the minute I am typing. Let's see where this will go.
