I've been trying to make the point that the hardware is useless without the software. In other words the music industry is going to determine the winner in this battle. My money is on PAC, because of quality and copy protection. I also like the fact that Lucent owns it.

Is this good news to EDIG shareholders or bad news:

The ROS (Record On Silicon) card: the audio storage media of the future


The music data on ROS cannot be overwritten and they are copy-protected. The ROS card is favored as the audio storage media of the future and is expected to replace the CD in the medium term. The release of a wide range of song titles has been announced for the present year.
