I guess that is what happens when you price your secondary offering 4 bucks below the current market price. Somehow doesn't inspire confidence in the previous price.

BTW Jeff, what time zone are you in where you would be having ANOTHER beer?

Jeff, I've always thought that a lack of success by IRIDF (much higher cost, lower voice quality, TDMA technology) would be a short-term problem (possible evidence of lower demand than forecasted) but a long-term benefit for GSTRF (much lower cost/minute, higher voice quality, CDMA technology from QCOM and higher worldwide demand from much better pricing). Smarter people than I (Soros, Bass, GE, Maurice) have agreed (at least until the high volume in the last week). Am I just whistling Dixie (no, I'm nowhere near that time zone for a beer) :-) I've got a lot of ASND profits (thank you LU) waiting to be reinvested in GSTRF/LOR during the next Wall St. panic. djane
