Suzanne: The only defense to libel is truth. If George and others are inditing TSIG for harm allegedly suffered at the hands of Piercy, then TSIG would have a cause of action, regardless of whether TSIG is harmed by George et al. It would seem that George at al suffered at the hands of Piercy, prior to TSIG's involvement with CCI. Ergo, legitimate libel cause of action. This presupposes TSIG's lack of involvement. Piercy's an albatross. Sever ties. Opinion, of course. Regards, TS

Piercy should settle the claims, but if he won't TSIG should get this crap out of the way before the new website opens. If Clinton had only settled with Monica Lewinsky... As far as I am concerned, the question of wo is wrong and who is right here is secondary. What is important is that TSIG gets this crap out of the way so that CCI can start with a CLEAN slate!!
