Hi Art, BTW message 4103 was a generic note to holders of the stock, as a general rule of practice in the NASD market. Sell stops in the NASD don't work the same as they do in the NYSE. In the NYSE placing a stop loss or sell stop is an appropriate trading strategy; in the NASD BB and small cap, it's a form of self-abuse and inadvertent abuse to other longs holding the stock (IMHO) .
