I wish Ampex would just let Imagio go ahead and release a statement that includes all relative information about this Reiter deal. The release we got stated that "Ampex to acquire majority interest" which to me means they have not done so yet. If that is the case then we in all likelyhood not get any details in the earnings release or the 10-K. It could be that we will not know the details of how much it costs,how much they pumped into it already and other financials of the deal until the next earnings release in May. Thats a long time to let this hang over our heads as we try to make informed investment deciesions. Of course they could relese news at any time but wouldn't it be nice to know the facts of this one deal before we move on to another?
