Ali - I'd have thought that 'all these arguments' would help the buyer to make up his own mind!. Remember that buyers and sellers can both be right at any one time - it depends on their time frame and individual circumstances, whether they're long or short, etc. I'm always a little puzzled by the use of the word 'greed' -it's usually used in the context of being the opposite of the word 'fear'. I'd prefer the word 'bold' it takes guts soemtimes to take a stand. Mind you 'excess' sometimes fills the bill too! dd
