Calypso, Check out post #1243, I summarized the article in Internet Business there (I didn't copy the article verbatim b/c I do not really have the "rights" to the article) I was surprised to see that they were still talking about that article. On the flip side I think the computer shopper evaluation wasn't as "favorable" and they havent talked to much about that one.... I think after the computer shopper article from what I understand JAWZ addressed some of the issues and will be testing them in the beta scheme here....Let me know if you would like for me to give you more details form that article, I still have it somewhere here in this raven's nest of magazines I have 8-) Other business: 1. I enjoyed seeing the stock move another 6% higher today, although it really means nothing until they break 50 cents here and enter new trading territory...I am expecting to see some REALLY big news soon and I believe once we get that catalyst news story the stock wil trade HEAVY again. 2. Walter, man you are a lucky guy! I mean where I work, we have internet access but I don't have the time to plaster message boards with links from ZDNEt, techweb, walterweb etc... For your sake, I hope your company isn't doing any sort of audit trail on use (unless you somehow are using a completly separate computer than the one one the network) or else you will really have alot of research time on your hands... Better yet, let me know where you work, I do IT stuff myself and I would love to surf around and get paid mucho dinero for it....I have stellar credentials too! As for the person you asked in your IT department...most people also usually laugh at getting burglar alarms in their homes until they are broken into... Don't worry, if and when you guys get hacked into, I am sure he won't have the giggles anymore (trust me, I know from "experience", and I don't mean from the IT/corporate side) 3. J. Oil, interesting story...that is really big news. What upsets me more is how the general "internet media" does not report this. This is like breaking into a bank and stealing everyone's SSNs etc etc. My feeling is that editors are not going to take chances to be the ones who will report the news to "bring down this market"... think about how it would destroy internet commerce...!!! Can anyone say ***POOF!!!!**** ? Let me know if you have any more leads on that news, I'd love to read the article.... 4. There are TONS and TONS of website out there devoted to hacking and cracking, and although there are alot of "good" people there are alot of mailicous people. Information is POWER and they know it...just think about if YOU someone how got COKE's recipe KACHING$$ The best sites that I have found are the ones that are layered in other sites and seem to be more "hardcorde" in the information they provide... Just last night I saw password crackers galore on a site (for example, even if you forget your password for an MS word doc, once you get the right cracker you can pop that puppy in two seconds.... sorry to be so long winded...I hope everyone enjoys the weekend Go Jawz!
