Enlighten me. Which local,state,federal, or international law was violated by his visit? Being disliked by RMILians is not a crime in any part of the world that I have visited.

And how about it? Evidently he was curious, so he paid a visit. Gave 'em his card. No subterfuge. But I'm sure he's now deeply sorry he offended everyone by not asking for an investor packet.
