I guess that investorsguru.com doesn't want to let its subscribers know about the impending (done)deal. This news is not on their website yet. But I guess they should be given some time!!

Thanks Leroyt. Got in at .35 right after you posted the news. When 16,000 investors get wind of this the stock should take off. The word of this will spread through out SI and that will bring many people to their web site. Free advertising.

Also the PR says FIRST internet business as in more to follow.
