Richard,

Who defines what is or isn't "legal"??

Aren't they the same people who tell us that it depends on what the definition of "is" is.

Legal was counting blacks as 3/5th of person. Legal was denying women the right to vote.

Legal IS permitting overseas and Canadian brokerages to short US stocks under $5/share when US investors can't.

Legal is anything they can get away with through the powers at their disposal. Legal is Usury (which is forbidden in the bible).

Lot's of things that are legal, are not necessarily "right" to a lot of folks.

The only thing that will alter the picture for gold in the near-term is a campaign such as Bill Murphy is waging. I understand why he is driven to do so. But I just think that, while admittedly there are problems that must be resolved and discipline instilled, the gold solution is a VERY BITTER and socially destructive alternative given the huge unemployment and dispair it will instill.

Regards,

Ron
